Each sleeve has three coloured hearts.  Add names to either regular coloured heart set of three or change out a heart to be a pet footprint heart or have the set be all pet hearts.  You can change the names and hearts of each different sleeve, or have the one heart set repeated on both sleeves.  Once you place your order, we will contact you at the email address provided to clarify instructions for the hearts.  The front design does not change.  Please use each separate listing to have top changed between Mama, Nana or Grandma.  There are a total of six hearts between the two sleeves.
